Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and OneTee LLC ("OneTee," "we," "us") covering your use of oneteeapp.com. By using the site — and especially by creating an account or subscribing — you're agreeing to them. They're written to be read; if anything is unclear, ask us at support@oneteeapp.com.
What OneTee is (and isn't)
OneTee gathers publicly available tee times from golf course booking systems and puts them in one searchable place. We are not a booking agent and we do not sell tee times. When you click a tee time, you leave OneTee and complete the booking on the course's own booking site, under that site's terms. Your reservation, payment for golf, cancellation, and refund are all between you and the course. We add no fees and no markup to anything you book.
Tee sheets change minute to minute. We refresh our data throughout the day, but a time shown on OneTee can be gone — or priced differently — by the time you reach the course's booking page. The course's own system is always the authority; OneTee is the map, not the territory.
Free use and accounts
You need a free account to see any tee times. A free account shows today's tee times and saves your searches; Premium opens the next 30 days. You're responsible for the accuracy of the email you register with and for activity that happens through your account. One person per account; don't share credentials or scrape the service through automated means beyond ordinary personal use.
Premium, billing, and auto-renewal
The plain-English billing disclosure: Premium starts with a 7-day free trial. When you start it you pick a plan (either $3 per month or $30 per year) and enter a payment method up front; you are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the 7 days end, your card is automatically charged for the plan you chose, and it renews automatically (each month or each year) until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page ("Manage billing"), which takes you to our payment processor's portal. Cancellation stops the next charge; you keep Premium through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer partial-period refunds.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring monthly charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel. Prices may change in the future; if the price of your subscription changes we'll notify you by email before any renewal at the new price, and you can cancel before it takes effect. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and will suspend Premium features if it can't be collected.
What Premium gets you today: tee-time visibility across the next 30 days, versus the current day for free accounts and guests. Features may evolve; we won't remove the core of what you paid for mid-cycle.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to disrupt the service, probe or overload our infrastructure, or circumvent access rules (including the free-tier date limit — asking the server nicely for a date your tier doesn't include gets you a polite 402, and hammering it gets you blocked).
- Don't harvest or resell our data feed. Personal use, including sharing a link with your foursome, is what this is for.
- Don't misrepresent who you are to us or to a course.
Our content and data
The OneTee name, site design, and the way we organize and present tee-time data belong to OneTee LLC. Course names, prices, and availability are facts about third parties, presented as accurately as we can manage; we claim no ownership over them.
Disclaimers
OneTee is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep the data fresh and the site up, and we don't promise either. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing, course conditions, or booking policies of any golf course or third-party booking platform.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneTee LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (which, for guests and free accounts, is zero). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including a missed tee time. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Ending an account
You can delete your account at any time from your account page or by emailing us. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with a refund of any unused full months of Premium if the termination wasn't for abuse.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above; for material changes affecting subscribers, we'll email the address on your account before the change applies to you. Continuing to use OneTee after a change takes effect means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and both sides consent to that venue.
